Returns & Exchanges

At Cou Cou Intimates, we want you to feel confident in your natural skin, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimates must be returned with all tags attached and no signs of wear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn items in their original Cou Cou packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return label email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-10 business days.
